At NOIR BELLE STUDIO, we want you to know what to expect after you place your order. Please review the information below before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders require processing before they are dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive available tracking information by email.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. The estimated delivery period begins after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the products ordered and the delivery service available for your shipment.

Our estimated delivery windows are:

🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 10–20 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10–20 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 7–14 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, high-volume periods or other circumstances affecting the delivery network.

Multiple Packages

If you've ordered more than one item, your order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

So if one item arrives before another, don't panic. It doesn't necessarily mean anything is missing. Separate shipments may also have separate tracking information where available.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available for your shipment, you'll receive the tracking information by email after dispatch.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number. It is normal for tracking information not to show movement immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at noirbellestudios@gmail.com. We will try to help where possible, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country's rules.

Where applicable, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient and are not necessarily included in the product or shipping price shown at checkout.

Delayed Orders

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, contact us at noirbellestudios@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

A delay does not automatically mean your package has been lost, particularly during customs processing or high-volume delivery periods.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and NOIR BELLE STUDIO so the situation can be reviewed.
